NIBANA BIOGRAPHY (CAT):

Nibana és el projecte psicodèlic de música de Kevin B, productor francès nascut i criat a França.

Molt influenciat per Pink Floyd, Tool, Aphex Twin i molts més, des dels 10 anys d'edat, Kevin va començar la producció autodidacta practicant tots els instruments que va poder trobar i crear tot tipus d'estils de música sense limitacions.

Des de la creació d'una banda metàl·lica fins al seu projecte electrònic el 2012, es poden trobar moltes influències al Live-Acts de Nibana . Des del seu costat Chillout (Psybient / Downtempo): profund i melòdic, el seu costat de PsyBass: esmolat i recargolat, al seu contundent projecte Psytrance amb fxs industrials envoltats d'atmosferes fosques i melòdiques.

Ha tingut l'oportunitat de participar en festes i festivals internacionals i ha treballat amb diversos artistes respectables i reconeguts de l'escena psicodèlica.

En la creació del seu projecte el 2012, Nibana es va unir a l'associació de música francesa (i futur segell) ADN i va començar les seves actuacions a nivell nacional i organitzar festes i festivals.

El 2014 va llançar el seu primer àlbum Downtempo anomenat "Ask The Universe" a Maia Brasil Records. Sense cap expectativa, aquest va tenir al voltant de 15 000 descàrreges en menys de 3 mesos i el va elevar al top 3 del millor artista a Psybient.org. També top 1 àlbum chill en reddit / psybient / i top chart del mes a d'Ektoplazm.

Mitg milió de visualitzacions del seu album a Youtube en van intruduir a l´escena ràpidament.

El 2015, Nibana va signar amb el segell Psytrance OVNI Records i va llançar a l'abril de 2016 el seu nou disc "TALES OF THE UNCANNY", incloent dues col·laboracions amb Ajja i Mark Day. TOTU va ser elogiat com un dels llançaments més inesperats i millors de Darkpsy de l'any.

Un any més tard, va publicar un àlbum doble de 2 hores de durada, incloent dues col·laboracions amb Eurythmy i Seamoon, així com dues remescles de Tribone, Digicult i U-Recken i un treball innovador de Eloh Project (Psilocybian, Suduaya) arribant a aconseguir a d'Ektoplazm unes 25.000 descàrregues

El 2018, Nibana va llançar un l'àlbum tribut de Psybient al seu difunt pare anomenat Earth From Above, incloent una col·laboració amb Suduaya, i un any despres fa coneixer el seu nou projecte progressiu Amortalista signat en Zenon Records. Entre tots aquests llançaments, va participar en diverses recopilacions i col·laboracions en reconegudes segells com Damaru Records, Otodayo Records, Omnitropic, Ovni Records, BMSS Records, Gravitas Music, Badgers Records i Voodoo Hoodoo Records.

NIBANA BIOGRAPHY (ENGLISH)

Nibana is the psychedelic music project of Kevin B, a French producer born and raised in France.

Greatly influenced by Pink Floyd, Tool, Aphex Twin and many more, from the age of 10 years Kevin started self-taught production by practicing all the instruments he could find and create all kind of music styles without limitations.

From the creation of a metal band to his electronic project in 2012, many influences can be found in Nibana’s Live-Acts. From his Chillout side (Psybient / Downtempo) : deep and melodic, his PsyBass side : stomping and glitched, to his total opposite Psytrance project with industrial fxs surounded by dark atmospheres and melodies.

He already had the opportunity to play on international parties & festivals and had worked with multiple respected and renowned artists of the psychedelic scene.

At the creation of his project in 2012, Nibana joined the french music association (and futur label) ADN and started to perform nationaly as well as organizing parties and festivals.

In 2014 he released his first Downtempo album called "Ask The Universe" on Maia Brasil Records. Without any expectations, this one had about 15 000 downloads in less than 3 months and raised him at the top 3 of best upcoming artist on Psybient.org, also top 1 chill album on reddit /psybient/ & top monthly charts of Ektoplazm as well as half a million plays on Youtube, and started touring internationally.

In 2015, Nibana signed his Psytrance side on OVNI Records and released in April 2016 his brand new album "TALES OF THE UNCANNY" including two collaborations with Ajja and Mark Day. TOTU was praised as one of the most unexpected and best Darkpsy releases of the year.

A year after, he raised a kickstarter by himself and self-released a 2 hours long double album including two collaborations with Eurythmy and Seamoon as well as two remixes of Tribone, Digicult & U-Recken, and a ground-breaking artwork by Eloh Project (Psilocybian, Suduaya) hitting once more the top charts of Ektoplazm with about 25.000 downloads, featured in magazines, on radios and marking the creation of its new PsyBass live.

In 2018, Nibana released a tribute Psybient album to his late father called Earth From Above including a collaboration with Suduaya, then a year after he revealed his brand new progressive project Amortalist signed on Zenon Records.

Between all those releases, he participated to multiple compilations and collaborations on renowned labels such as Damaru Records, Otodayo Records, Omnitropic, Ovni Records, BMSS Records, Gravitas Music, Badgers Records & Voodoo Hoodoo Records.
